Aïko tended to run away and get lost? With this identification tag , you opt for safety.

All you have to do is engrave the name of your beloved animal and your contact details. 🐇 With the purchase of a medal, 2 CHF are donated to the La Bouche qui rit refuge .

This animal shelter's mission is to save any "productive" animal, mistreated or destined for butchery. By buying a medal for your dog or your cat, you will allow, for example, a rabbit to feast on its daily hay for 10 days! 🔇 Our wooden medals do not produce any noise , unlike metal, brass or aluminum medals.

This is excellent news for our dear pets, who have particularly fine hearing, and who could therefore suffer from this clicking sound! Great, Aïko will be able to have fun with his friends in complete serenity! 🪵 The Swiss beech wood we use is labeled FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and comes from a local carpentry.

To make our animal accessories, we use reclaimed wood: no trees have been cut down. By buying a Wooper wooden medal, you make your companion happy and take part in a good deed to preserve our beautiful planet !

How to maintain your wooden tag

For more durability over time, our engraved and personalized pet tags were made with Swiss beech wood.

To keep your faithful companion's wooden tag intact, do not hesitate to remove it if it takes a prolonged bath and to nourish the wood from time to time with a natural oil (linseed oil for example).

Your pooch rolled in the mud?
To clean your wooden medallion, lightly dampen a soft, cotton or microfiber cloth (never use harsh products). A little tap, and presto, it will be clean as a whistle (not like Aïko, which will probably have to be washed)!

Delivery & returns

Delivery
Wooper currently delivers to Switzerland, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium and Canada.

Upon receipt of your payment, we ship your order free of charge for purchases over 45.- in priority within Switzerland within 3 to 5 working days.

For other countries, shipping costs are calculated on the shopping cart page. All shipments are shipped priority, without tracking number or insurance.

However, it is possible to opt for a shipment followed or with insurance. In this case, the customer must contact Wooper before making payment. The shipping costs will be modified accordingly, depending on the destination, the weight and the size of the package, according to the pricing practiced by the Swiss postal services. The consignee is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination.

Orders shipped outside of Switzerland may be subject to import duties, customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. Where customs clearance procedures are required, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt of your order except for personalized products.

Returned items must be in their original packaging or in a suitable envelope.

The return costs for a return or an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned items.
