maintenance of your medal

Our personalized pet tags are made from recycled Swiss beech wood . A natural, soft, and lightweight material, ideal for your four-legged friend!

To keep your wooden medal in good condition, remember to remove it if he decides to take a long dip. And if it gets dirty after a nice roll in the mud, a little cleaning is enough: use a soft, slightly damp cloth (cotton or microfiber), without harsh products. A quick wipe, and it's as good as new!

DELIVERY

Wooper currently delivers to Switzerland, France, Italy, Germany and Belgium.

Switzerland : Delivery is free from 45 CHF of purchase, by priority shipping, with a delay of 3 to 5 working days.
Other countries : Shipping costs are calculated directly on the order page.

For Switzerland, standard shipments are made as a priority, without tracking number or insurance . If you would like tracked shipping or insurance, contact us before making payment. The costs will be adjusted according to Swiss postal rates and the characteristics of the package.

For international deliveries, a tracking number is available upon request. To do this, simply contact us directly.

Import and taxes : The recipient is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes applied by the destination country. These costs are the customer's responsibility and may vary depending on local regulations.

Finally, customs clearance delays can sometimes delay delivery beyond the estimates indicated.

RETURNS

This is the third time I've ordered a tag for my cats. The quality of the designs and the wood are always very pretty and detailed. It comes with a little message signed by Damien and Laura.

We are Damien & Laura , and we wanted to imagine jewelry that changes the game: eco-responsible, unique, customizable and made with love in Switzerland.

Aware of the challenges of overconsumption, pollution and waste, we have chosen to create differently . By using recycled or recyclable materials, working locally and supporting causes that are close to our hearts, each piece of jewelry becomes a small gesture to preserve the environment and promote artisanal work.

But beyond the commitments, there's the emotion. A Wooper jewel is more than just an accessory: it's a lifelong companion . You can personalize it to engrave your precious moments, or give it to those you love to say "thank you," "well done," or simply "I'm thinking of you."
