Deliveries
Can I have my order delivered to someone else?
Are you on vacation and want to receive your Wooper package directly on site? Do you want to give a gift to a loved one and have the product delivered to them? This is quite possible , because your delivery address may be different from your billing address.
When ordering, simply indicate the recipient's address in the “delivery address” section.
Good to know: if it's a gift, there's no risk of accidentally revealing the price! The invoice is never sent in the package. You will receive it by e-mail on your side. You can also find it on your Wooper customer account.
What are the delivery times ?
The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days in Switzerland , upon receipt of payment for the order. It will take between 5 to 10 working days for delivery outside Switzerland.
In any case, please know that we are doing our best to reduce these delays and ship your order as quickly as possible!
It takes 24 hours for graphic processing for customizations and 24 hours for production in our workshop.
Each order is carefully checked before being sent: in general, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Can I add a word for the person to whom I offer a Wooper creation?
Sure ! In the "Order Notes" section, all you have to do is leave your little sweet note... When preparing the order, we will take care of writing it by hand and slipping it into the package!
I have a promo code, where do I use it?
When placing your order, you can use your promotional code in the “Promo Code” section on the payment page. Click on “Apply” before validating your order, the promotion will apply automatically. In case of problem, contact us!
I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
Once payment has been made, a confirmation email summarizing the different elements of your order will be sent to you.

Can I get gift wrapping?
From creation to shipping, we do everything we can to reduce our waste and adopt an eco-responsible approach.
You still have the possibility on each of our product pages to add a small kraft packaging accompanied by a sticker. All our Wooper jewelry is packaged and shipped in a small recyclable cardboard box. Multifunctional, this box is also ideal as gift packaging. Just gently peel off the address label and the stamp: that’s it!

My bracelet knot has come undone, how do I do it again?
Here is a short video that explains how to (re)tie your bracelet knots.

If your bracelet is too big: 1. Undo the knots 2. Cut 1 cm (no more!) on each side of the cord 3. Then tie everything up and put on your bracelet. The Wooper tip: Still too big? Repeat the operation to reach the desired size. Attention, cut little by little, the cord must not be too short!
How to easily put on my bracelet with chain?
Putting on a bracelet is not always easy, is it? The secret trick to achieving victory? Use a paperclip. Unfold it into an S shape, and use it to hold the bracelet in place while you fasten it.
Are the jewels water resistant?
Our jewelry is made with beech wood. If this natural material is rather resistant, avoid exposing it too much to water. The wood could, over time, lose its color or its resistance.
This does not prevent you from keeping your bracelet in the shower, it will resist it but will simply age more quickly. :-) The Wooper trick: before a little dive, take off your wooden Wooper earrings and necklaces to prevent them from getting damaged!
What metal are the earrings and necklace made of?
To avoid allergic reactions, the fasteners, nails and chains of our wooden jewelery are made of stainless steel.

Is everything made in Switzerland?
From the first stroke of the pencil, to the finished product, everything is created and manufactured in Switzerland. Sketching, design, engraving and cutting as well as sanding, finishing, preparation and sending of packages, we create our wooden jewelry with love and passion and always only in pairs! What wood is it?
We make our jewelry with FSC-certified Swiss beech wood carefully selected from a local carpentry. No trees are cut down to make Wooper jewelry!

CUSTOMIZATION
How can I personalize my wooden bracelet?
The personalization of your bracelet takes place in 5 steps:
1 - Choose the shape of your bracelet. Rectangular, square or round, you decide according to your tastes!
2 - Choose the design. You can opt for an already imagined design OR go further in the personalization of your wooden bracelet, and download your own model.
Do you simply prefer text on your jewelry? It's possible ! You can even choose the style of the font. 3 - Choose the color of the cord. Rather sober and “all-purpose” (black, brown, khaki green, etc.) or a more “punchy” color to give your bracelet some pep (blue, or light blue), it's up to you!
4 - Choose the size of your bracelet.
5 - Write a short note on the back of the bracelet (optional)
6 - Choose an essential oil diffuser box (optional) You can accompany your wooden jewel with one of the essential oil boxes offered.
A few drops are enough to enjoy the diffusion of your oil for up to 24 hours. 7 - Patience... A few days later, you will receive a jewel unique in the world directly in your mailbox!
What image formats to download? Which file to send to ensure a good rendering when burning?
You can send us a good quality JPEG or PNG .
Take a clear and bright photo, or scan the image. The Wooper tip: avoid shaded or blurry photos, squared sheets, black & white photos, photos that are too small or of poor resolution. To date, we do not reproduce photographs.
Resellers
Can Wooper wooden jewelry be found in stores?
Yes ! In various shops, pharmacies, and other resellers displayed in a link at the bottom of the site page. It's best to contact them before you go there to make sure they have the model you're looking for!
