Are you on vacation and want to receive your Wooper package directly there? Do you want to send a gift to a loved one and have the product delivered to their home? It's perfectly possible , because your delivery address can be different from your billing address.

When placing your order, simply enter the recipient's address in the "delivery address" section.

Good to know: if it's a gift, there's no risk of accidentally revealing the price! The invoice is never included in the package. You'll receive it by email. You can also find it in your Wooper customer account.

In any case, please know that we are doing our best to reduce these delays and ship your order as quickly as possible!

Please allow 24 hours for graphic processing for personalizations and 24 hours for production in our workshop.

From creation to shipping, we make every effort to reduce our waste and adopt an eco-responsible approach.

You still have the option on each of our product pages to add a small kraft paper package with a sticker.
All our Wooper jewelry is packaged and shipped in a small, recyclable cardboard box. This multi-functional box is also ideal as gift packaging. Simply peel off the address label and stamp: it's that easy!

Here's a short video that explains how to (re)tie your bracelet knots.

If your bracelet is too big:
1. Untie the knots.
2. Cut 1 cm (no more!) off each side of the cord.
3. Then retie everything and put on your bracelet.
Wooper's tip: Still too big? Repeat the process to get the desired size. Be careful, cut little by little; the cord shouldn't be too short!

Our jewelry is made with beech wood. While this natural material is quite durable, avoid exposing it to water too much. Over time, the wood could lose its color or strength. This doesn't mean you can't wear your bracelet in the shower; it will withstand it, but it will simply age faster. 🙂

Wooper tip: before a quick dip, remove your Wooper wooden earrings and necklaces to prevent them from getting damaged!

From the first sketch to the finished product, everything is created and made in Switzerland. Sketches, design, engraving and cutting, as well as sanding, finishing, preparing and shipping the packages – we create our wooden jewelry with love and passion, and always just the two of us! We craft our jewelry using FSC-certified Swiss beech wood , carefully selected from a local carpentry workshop. No trees are cut down to make Wooper jewelry!

1 – Choose the shape of your bracelet.
Rectangular, square or round, it's up to you according to your taste!

2 – Choose your design.
You can opt for a pre-designed piece OR take your wooden bracelet customization further and upload your own template. Prefer just text on your bracelet? That's possible too! You can even choose the font style.

3 – Choose the color of the cord.
Something rather understated and "goes with everything" (black, brown, khaki green, etc.) or a more "punchy" color to give your bracelet some pep (blue, or light blue), it's up to you!

4 – Choose your bracelet size.

5 – Write a short message on the back of the bracelet (optional).

6 – Choose an essential oil diffuser set (optional).
You can complement your wooden bracelet with one of our essential oil sets. Just a few drops are enough to enjoy the diffusion of your oil for up to 24 hours.

7 – Patience…
A few days later, you will receive a unique piece of jewelry directly in your mailbox!
