Hello !
My name is Damien and this is the story of Wooper founded in 2018. During my travels or during simple hikes, I have unfortunately noticed the impact of man on our planet. I became aware of the
issues of overconsumption , pollution and waste.
Being an
independent graphic designer , curious and a jack of all trades, I felt the need to work on the material again, having in the past completed a CFC as a bodywork sheet metal worker.
I therefore rediscovered the pleasure of working with materials through laser engraving and cutting which became my tools for transforming ideas into tangible realities, marking the beginning of our quest to raise awareness through the art of sustainable jewelry.
So I took out my pencil and my notebook and created a first collection of wooden bracelets with one wish: To offer unique jewelry that encourages people to adopt a more thoughtful approach to consumption, in a noble, durable and eco-responsible material.
This is how Wooper was born!
As more and more of you trust us, my darling Laura joined me in the adventure at the beginning of 2020. She manages orders and brings new ideas for future creations, she has become my partner unparalleled, more than essential on a daily basis.
Because yes, Wooper, it's only Damien & Laura, with no one else.
We are the only creative artisans, and all our pieces are customizable, made to order and with love. Today we still keep the same vision: making unique, customizable and accessible jewelry.
The perfect little gift to give to loved ones. In 2023, we became the happy parents of Joy, who helps us... turn the workshop around and make us laugh and let go throughout the day.
